A legal person together with a politically active person, a beneficial owner of a non – registered organisational entity or a trust or a legal structure similar to a trust, or who has any other kind of close business relationship with a politically active person;
A beneficial owner of a legal person established in favour of an actual (informally) politically active person, or likewise a non – registered organisational entity or a trust or a legal structure similar to a trust.
* A natural person holding important public or political functions (except for middle and lower ranking officials). Namely: head of state, head of government, member of government (minister) or his deputy, head of state institution; Member of the Legislative Body (Parliament); Head of the political union, member of the governing body; a member of the Supreme Court, a member of the Constitutional Court, a member of another judicial body of the highest instance, whose decisions are appealed in exceptional cases; Auditor General, his deputy, member of the Court of Auditors; Member of the Council of the National (Central) Bank; Ambassador, head of diplomatic representation; Chief official of the Defense (Military) Forces; head of an enterprise operating with state participation or a member of the governing body; The head of the international organization, his deputy, member of the governing body.
